Beverly Jensen

Beverly Jensen  Originally from Toronto, Canada, Miss Beverly was an RAD trained, competitive dancer.  She then moved to Maine to study on scholarship with world renowned Vaganova teacher Andrei Bossov where she danced in Le Corsaire (Odalesqe), Nutcracher (Spanish Hot Cocoa), Cinderella (Step Mother) and Hungarian Dances (featured pas).  She then moved to New York City to stdy musical theater at American Musical and Dramatic Academy and along the way dancing with Dance Workshop and Tressor Group.  Beverly starred as Phyllis in 42nd Stree (Tuacahn Apitheater) inUtah, she landed the Asian tour of 42nd Street (Broadway ASia) and played in every major city in China and Korea.  Other favorite credits include going Ape in Tarzan, moonlight tapping in Crazy 4 You, My Fair Lady, Can Can-ing for the Paris Review.  As a choreogher her work has been used for music videos and performance

Kayla Parisi

Kayla has been a Strut Your Stuff dancer since she first began taking classes at 3 years old.  She was a member of the competition team for numerous years, receiving many high scoring awards for both group dances as well as a soloist including a 1st place and "excellent emotional execution" award.  She has also been given the opportunity to dance with her team at the World Dance Championship in New Jersey and Walt Disney World in Orlando.  Kayla has trained in many genres of dance including tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, hip hop and acrobatics.  Her passion and dedicatio for dance is unmistakable, whether in the classroom or on stage.  She is a 2016 graduate from Island Trees HS and is currently enrolled in St. Joseph's College as an education major.  Miss Kayla enjoys sharing her positive energy and love for dance with her SYS students and is excited for the new season!


Jaclyn is currently a Senior at Bethpage High School graduating in June 2022.  Jaclyn has been part of the Strut Your Stuff family since the age of 2 1/2 and has participated in both the Recreational and Competitive Dance Company Teams.  Even though Tap has always been a favorite dance style fo Jaclyn she also enjoys Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet and Jazz.  

Not only does Jaclyn have a love for dance, she also has a love for music.  She enjoys writing her own music, playing the piano and singing.  as a result Jaclyn was inducted into the Tri-M Honor Society for Music in 2018.

Jaclyn has served as the president of the Spanish Club and will be inducted into the Foreign language Honor Society in November.  Jaclyn is looking further her education with a Major and Minor in Marketing and Music.

Miss Jaclyn has been an assistant teacher for the past three seasons and is looking forward to her transition to teaching her own classes.  She is every excited for the 2021-2022 season!


Brianna has been dancing since she was two years old and is currently a senior at Plainview JFK High School.  She joined the Strut Your Stuff family at seven years old and then joined the competition dance company in third grade.

Brianna's favorite styles to compete in are hip hop and contemporary, but she also loves lyrical, jazz, tap and heels.

Outside of dance Brianna loves to hangout with her friends, coach cheerleading and tutor local students. Brianna is also an honors and AP student and is a member of several honor societies.

Miss Brianna has been an SYS assistant teacher for the past three seasons and is super excited to work with her own hip hop and jazz classes.  

Her goal is to maker her final year the best one yet!


Bryanna Corbett

Miss Bryanna has been a part of the Strut Your Stuff family since 1999, where she has trained in ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, and acrobatics. At the age of 4, Bryanna became a member of the SYS competition team, where she received numerous awards over the years.  She has attended dance conventions such as NUVO, where she took class with professional dancers, as well as taking classes at Broadway Dance Center.  Bryanna has performed with her team at the World Dance Championships.  She has had the privilege of performing on three different occasions on the Disney Stage and in a Disney parade.  She is a graduate of St. John's University.  Bryanna is currently a first year law student at the Maurice A Dean school of law at Hofstra University.  Miss Bryanna is proud to start her fifth season as a SYS instructor and  is looking forward to another great season with her dance family!
